I was just trying to place an order, but the checkout page kept freezing over and over. When it finally went through, I realized my card had been charged twice. I reached out to support expecting some help, but it felt like they barely listened and just brushed me off. Really frustrating experience.

"Cute, but I wish I’d known about the straps"
These looked really cute when I first got them, so I was excited to wear them out. But after just one wear, the straps started rubbing so badly and felt awful. I felt a little left in the dark because nothing made it seem like they’d be that uncomfortable. Super disappointing because I liked the look, but I don’t think I can wear them again

"Warranty repair turned into an avoidable hassle"
I sent my bag in for a warranty repair the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I kept getting vague replies for weeks, still had to pay for shipping, and in the end, the issue wasn’t really fixed. It felt like a totally avoidable headache, and I don’t see myself buying from them again.

"Probably not worth it"
Maybe I was expecting too much, but for the price I thought it would feel a bit nicer. It looked really good online, and I’m not sure if it’s just the one I got or what, but in person it feels average. Not terrible, just not really worth what they’re charging

"Return was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I tried to do a return/exchange and it turned into a whole headache. Like I said, it really shouldn’t be that hard to figure out what to do. Support didn’t help much either, and like I said, I’m still not happy with how everything ended. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the return policy a lot clearer.

I ordered based on the size chart, but the fit was nowhere close to what was listed. It was so off that I couldn’t even make it work, so I’m returning it. I also ended up contacting customer service because this feels like more than just a normal sizing issue

I’ve started noticing a pattern when I browse brighton.com: I’ll spot something cute, click on it, and then it’s out of stock. It’s happened enough times now that I almost expect it, which makes shopping on the site feel kind of frustrating. I wish the inventory was updated better so I’m not wasting time getting interested in things I can’t actually buy.

"Packaging made me question the quality"
I ordered from brighton.com and the packaging was kind of disappointing. The box came dented, the tissue paper was all crumpled up, and the whole thing just looked a bit cheap and messy. For the price, I expected it to feel more put together. It even made me wonder if the item itself was going to be as nice as I hoped

"Not what I thought I was getting"
When this showed up, it really didn’t match what I thought I was ordering. The size seemed off and the color looked different from the description, so I was disappointed. What made it more frustrating is that it wasn’t really clear who was responsible for the listing or who I was supposed to contact about it, so it felt like no one actually owned the problem.

I signed up for the brighton rewards because I thought, okay, maybe this will actually save me something or come with a few nice perks. But honestly... it just didn’t feel worth it. The points add up so slowly that it feels like forever before you get anything useful, and the offers I received weren’t really tempting enough to use. It felt more like I’d joined another email list than an actual loyalty program

"Color was way off from the photos"
I was disappointed with this. On brighton.com, the item looked like a soft, light color in the photos, but what showed up was much darker and kind of dull. I even checked the listing on another screen thinking maybe it was just my display, but it looked the same there too. If the pictures had been accurate, I wouldn’t have ordered it in the first place. Returning it was a hassle, and the canned apology I got didn’t really make it any less frustrating. Definitely a 1-star experience for me...

"Gift packaging was a letdown"
I tried to add gift packaging to my order, but the whole setup was disappointing. The choices were really limited, there wasn’t a clear preview, and I couldn’t even find a simple way to add a basic note. It felt like such a small request was just ignored. "Honestly, it was kind of a hassle"
I tried shopping on brighton.com and it just felt harder than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly, the filters weren’t really doing what I thought they would, and I kept having to click around just to find basic things.
